Does the franchise end with humans and Na'vi sharing Pandora with each other?

If humans completely abandoned Earth at the beginning of Avatar: The Way of Water in order to all go to Pandora then either they all stay on Pandora or they all go extinct. It seems a peace agreement between humans and Na'vi is the inevitable outcome at the end of the franchise where they agree to share the planet with each other.
