A.I. deepfake gill-man swap when?

Instead of using A.I. to cheat ourselves why not make one that can swap characters from movies? Like all Na'vi swapped for gill-man (from The Shape of Water or Creature from the Black Lagoon)? That would be awesome.
If we are already here... also swapping the actress from The Shape of Water to somebody more attractive & fitting for the role... like Milla Jovovich or Sophie Marceau in her late 20's...
