So when I saw this in the upcoming watch list on IMDB, I tried to hold back tears. It was back in 2004 or so, and my roommate had just gotten a wetsuit for Xmas, and he wanted to try it out, so he went to the beach. It was practically tsunami weather. And he had never surfed before at all, he didn't even own a board.

He just went out into the water, and never came back.

I had never heard of Jay before, but I remember reading that this stretch is notorious for accidental drownings.

Well, it was probably for the best. I mean it would have been horrible if he had bred!

Think of what kind of genes will prompt someone to do what you described. Must be a liberal arts major...
