Westerns can't be digital

I might otherwise have enjoyed this film, though there wasn't much to it, but the fact that they shot digitally kept taking me out of the film. It looked too new, too clean to be a proper Western. The fake flames didn't help, either. Shepard was good, but he couldn't save the shoddy production.
