I haven't even seen this movie, but I already know that the entire family will die movies like this are just so predictable.
The way its done is very horrific.

I really hope this is sarcasm.
It was predictable from the minute the movie started as these days the "unhappy ending" is actually the ending that is most common. Rarely do you see the "spielberg endings" anymore at least in horror and even more precisely european horror.
EVERY movie either has to have a bleak ending or a twist. It's very cliche at this point.

Well looking how far fetched and over the top the movie became in the last third .The final scene felt rushed and seem to have been done to close the movie in a hurry. It could have been better. The first couple things that happen in the final scene i can digg it but the last two thing that happens was just stupid and unbelievable.
The final blow and the abrupt transition to the credit with the music made me laught .Not only the way to make this ending happen was stupid they have to put a cheap attempt to shock the viewer. I wont deny it, i was shocked but sec later i started to laught. It seemed like a poor attempt to mimic the ending of Funny Games
Europeon cinema seems to have gotten the tone of horror movies down but they need to work on the endings. 'Everyone dies' in the norm for Span/Fren movies now and is pretty much accepted.

I completely agree and understand your laughter as your reaction, mine was anger, what a waste of time to just copy the idea of Funny Games; imo, it was a very obvious and cheap shot at shock and originallity; instead it came out as laughable.

I found the ending shocking, horrific and tragic. Those who think it was funny, stupid or copycat werent fully engaged with the film, more caught up in their own expectations.
