I saw the movie in the UK and I noticed there were certain scenes which were shown in the trailer that were omitted from the movie...

For e.g. when the Major is twirling susanna around in their bedroom and she's wearing a black and red printed dress, Susanna attending to her horses and Arun turning her around and yelling in quite an angry way 'Saheb!', susanna completely drenched and asking for the autograph of the 3rd husband wasiullah khan, the song featuring tere liye wasn't even there, when the Major and susanna are in a carriage and he says lovingly to her 'Mrs Rodriguez' as the young Arun watches them, the part when tarafdar (the last husband) teaches her yoga,when susanna kisses Arun after the 'darrrling' song

Did anyone else notice this?

I noticed that too. I think they were only intended for trailer purposes.

Maybe what was distributed was an edited version.
In fact, this explains why there "appear" to be a few disconituities in the story.
