About like a mediocre old episode of Twilight Zone.

In the 50s or 60s the plot twists might have been unexpected. Today, they seem rather predictable.

The stories are not done badly, however. About as you'd expect from a decent but not particularly great low-budget series.

If you want great SF, this ain't it. But it's tolerable for sure.

It actually reminds me more of Night Gallery than The Twilight Zone. The former was and is a classic, and is still worth watching even when it misses the mark it aims for. Night Gallery was sometimes exciting, sometime cringe-worthy (ok, cringe-worthy more often than not!), but still entertaining. That last bit on the end of the last program, about the guy in the cryo-capsule who woke up in a future that didn't need him, was totally Night Gallery material, which often had short little jokes like that in between the main stories.
