this is a good show. nerds never have anything positive to say about anything mainstream... it's sad. the first episode of chapelle was blasted too. don't worry.. the more affion makes fun of his own race like chapelle did.. the more you will like it. Give it time...

Thye're just bitter that they were never popular so when a cool cat like Affion Crockett pops up they hate. I could give a damn what they think or anybody else thinks about this show, I know I liked it and i can't wait for next week at 9PM Pacific on Sunday on FOX.

I remember watching the first episode of Chappelle's Show when it aired. I told every person I knew to watch the show. I remember actually months later moving to Japan and telling everyone I worked with there (not many people with American cable) about Chappelle's Show, particularly the first episode which was one of the best. I bought two sets of the DVDs when they came out, giving my family one of the sets because they didn't have cable.
I haven't told a soul outside IMDb that I've watched 2 episodes of this. Not saying it's a bad show, but I'm not ready to compare it to anything and I'm not leaping off my seat to watch it.
i think it's racist to compare this crap to Chappelle's show. not really. i just don't think it's fair to put the two in the same sentence because Chappelle's show was, you know, good.
