Is there anyone else on this board and more importantly, has anyone actually seen the film or know anything about it?
I'm here and excited/anxious to see this film! However, like you I'm just here looking for information about it.
"Past this tunnel is the rest of the world.."
Yeah I'm here every once in a while. I don't know too much about the film as it was shot but I did read an early draft of the script. From what I gather, the shooting script is radically different.
I really shouldn't give too much away but I will say that the original band is not in the film for various reasons. Hugh Dillon was too busy with Flashpoint and John Piper Ferguson flat out refused to be in the film. There will be flashbacks of sorts though and there is kind of a voodoo/supernatural way for Joe Dick to be involved. I thought Billy Talent was in the film but since he's not in the credits I guess he is not.
I've said enough.

-'Stone Cold Steve Austin...'
The movie is well worth every penny to see. Don't miss it. Huge fan of the original, and this one did not let down either.. very well done and not overproduced...it is a bit different, and feels a bit less authentic, but overall, it was a lot better than I thought it would be, and to see Die Mannequin/Care Failure is well worth the price of admission, and not just for the eyes, but ears as well..amazing talent.Real fans will love this film.share
