Never said I detected it. I said I got them the ability to be seen by a specialist who- in turn- diagnosed them.

It's called a double-standard. That, plus the fact that someone like yourself can dish it out just fine but can't take it when you get some back is a good reason for the aforementioned suicide in the first place.
