Was this a Film School Project? Spoilers - but it won't matter!

We caught the last 45 minutes last night on Movies4Men and had to watch when a man in a white gorilla costume jumped out from behind a tree. It was too awful for words. Seriously, was this film made as a project on how NOT to make a film because I can't believe someone would stump up any money for it.

1. Script: When going to track a dangerous, unknown creature on your own and you sneak out of the cabin and very deliberately take the tranquiliser gun, why do you then leave it in the truck when you go out tracking?

2. Make-up and Costume: Do not go to the nearest fancy dress shop to buy the monster's costume. The film was made in 2011 for goodness sake not 1971.

3. Script / Continuity: A character has been in a snow cave all night suffering from hypothermia but can then run and work a flare gun within 2 minutes of being saved.

4. Script: A non-expert asks several questions, i.e. the daughter, and every single answer was "don't know". That made for really tedious dialogue.

5. Script: Father and daughter run away with not a single thought of their friend who has stayed behind to fight dangerous creature.

6. Make-up: Victims get slashed in the face but only have lines of blood - where are the deep slashes? You can see more gore in an episode of Holby City.

7. Continuity: The girl gets hurled onto the truck bonnet and she dies with buckets of blood spilling out from her head. When the others find the truck not a speck of blood is to be seen.

Any more???
