I was wondering did hey ever reconcile. or did they remarry other partners. Did she forgive him.

I think they got back together after Lance died of AIDS in 2001. I'm not sure if they married or just got back together though. It was his dying wish that they reunite.

The postscript of the film said they followed Lance dying wish to reunite, and that they remain together today (or at least as of when this film aired in 2011).

I didn't really like Bill from the original series or this version but I guess he was slighted in favor of covering Pat more. I'm glad they're back together again and hope they're happy.
