shareAgreed. It looks like they just latched onto the titles and decided to whine 'ripoff' from that. I'm fairly positive upwards of 17 trillion people have had an idea for a story about a person who talks to the dead and wanted to call it ParaNorman or ParaNorma because it's such an obvious gag. The only difference is the creators of these two movies actually used the title.
Still, I wish the article's author the best of luck. I'm sure they have a promising career ahead of them with Answers.com.
