I wish this was never made.... Anyone with me?

I was pretty excited to see this and I wish I left the theatre after a half hour. If I hadn't paid a crap ton of money to see it, I would have. My main issues are the acting. A VERY, VERY close second though is the dreadfully dull story-line. One saving grace was Rachel Weisz, but even she got quite old halfway through...

Yes, it should never have been made. The movie was on USA yesterday and the only thing that kept me watching was how unbelievably bad the 1. Storyline, 2. Casting, 3. Costumes, 4. Acting was. But this movie couldn't even be in the So-bad-it's-fascinating category. After a half-hour, which would have been just after Oz landed in Oz, I fell asleep.

And woke up in time to see that obnoxious African-American "little" person actor mucking up some outrageously stupid scene.

When this movie was in production I lived in California, close enough to the studio that I could have driven there with a can of spray paint and attacked their camera lenses with it. But the movie's PR team put out notice that "This is not a remake of the Wizard of Oz, it's a re-imagining."

The original, 1939 Wizard of Oz is a miracle. You don't mess with it!

This piece of garbage was a failure in every single possible way a movie can fail. And what kind of drugs was Mila Kunis on?

I think perhaps its worst fault is that it's not WICKED (either version).

She was really good as she usually is, but she got "old" 5 minutes from the end, not half way through.🐭

I wish you didn't wake up.

It's a brilliant movie. Love the action, the storyline, the art direction and the 3D fxs.
