They made Kevin bad again?

reply

yeah that kind of upseted me. So many times he helped and saved them. and for him to become evil again makes no sense.

Paradox did say the story's not over so we'll have to see what happens. He went evil again to stop Aggregor he had to know what would happen, but the 2 Bens were getting clobbered so he did what he thought was right at the time.

Kevin is not evil... Upset maybe but not evil. He had a hard life and wants to get even with those that wronged him. I am suprised no one has mentioned the real villian... Ben 10 is going to become the real villian, I mean look at it. Kevin was not a monster for 5 min and ben wanted to attack him. When Kevin became inraged notice how ben didn't thank him but told him that he needed to stop. Aragor needed to be put down and be was unwilling but know he is ok to kill Kevin? I am looking for kevin and gwen to put down ben in the finally

Half expected him to absorb the ultimatrix, that's what they did in Alien Force. This will probably be a recurring storyline in the Ben 10 series.
About Ben wanting to take Kevin down, in previous stories Ben has always fought to save people. He doesn't give up on them, I'm wondering if this change is really Ben's idea or if it was Kevin's. Think about it, they were friendly enough, and maybe Kevin asked Ben to take him out if he ever absorbed the Ultimatrix. Given his past with the Omnitrix, he might've feared of might happen, and asked Ben to make preparations just in case. And he'd probably also ask Ben to not tell Gwen about the promise to take him down, because each of them would know that Gwen wouldn't accept the idea of Kevin going bad/having to be taken down.

Him going bad this time isn't because he wants to be. Clearly the point is to understand why Kevin was a bad guy back in Ben 10 and why it is now more then ever, Ben needs to save Kevin. He's a good guy whose mental state has been ravaged by an unnatural state due to a moment of sacrifice and heroism. I think of it more like Picard and the borg.

We all find out next week.

So yeah basically that transformation made him pretty damn cuckoo in the head. His stepdad is still an a-hole. I just love that happy ending thing. Kevin is drained(something no one bothered to think of earlier) and is back to normal. The bad guys are defeated. Everyone is alive again. Basically what we learned was that Ben has a blood lust that needs to be kept in check.

is the new episodes good or something?
I'm in india and they are still showing the episode "Escape from agregor"

reply

Yeah I don't understand what was up with Ben. He was against Kevin killing Aggregor who had committed murder and was trying to take over the universe. But when Kevin goes crazy and can't help himself, his thoughts are all about killing him, instead of trying to cure him. It makes it even worse because he knows all about Kevin's condition and he is supposed to be his best friend. If Kevin was sane then I could understand him wanting to bring him down, but he wasn't.

I agree i think Ben needed to do more to help Kevin then jsut try to stop him no matter what. but i think part of that drive was explained in teh episode where Ben kind of felt partially responsible for Kevin getting into that state and so blames himself for all the death and destruction that Kevin was doing. So he felt that every moment he delayed in trying to stop Kevin, and he knew talking to him wouldn't work, that it was his fault if anyone got hurt.
