It reminded me of the Boondocks, but Aaron McGruder's name is not attached to it. Also, the Boondocks season 4 has been approved by Adult Swim! Hell Yess!! If you don't know the Boondocks, you need 2 check it out, NOW!

nvm, just saw the credits, Seu Eun Kim is the Art Producer in Think Like a Man and he was the Character Designer on the Boondocks show, that's why it looks so familiar. Don't know why it's not credited on IMDB.

Ok thanks, because I thought it was done by McGruder because the design looks exactly the same as in that show.
