I disagree, he's not oscar worthy yet by far but I've quite enjoyed the movies I've seen him in so far

Teller is a fantastic actor. Sure, if you know him from movies like Fantastic 4, 21 and Over, or even War Dogs you might think he's crap.
But watch Whiplash, Spectacular Now, or this film and you'll see he has incredible acting ability.
