Lol...this isn't going to make 42 million this weekend.

Disney always likes to lowball their projections but even here they have overshot...not going to do 35 million. At best this may open to 28 million. At best. Probably will end up in the low 20's.

You've such a great track record ...
of being WRONG!

^^^

yet hilariously when Black Panther came out you claimed Disney was out of their mind for projecting a 155 M OW

you even claimed it was SO ridiculously HIGH that Disney had to be "Smoking something"

ODD isnt queen, How your opinion changes so quickly...

Odd how you claim Disney always LOWBALLS but have no problem changing your opinion and claiming Disney is too high when you dont like the Projection

PS nice call on "At best 28 M"

lol you just had to thrown in "at Best" to make a complete ASS out of yourself...

I wouldnt have said a damn thing had you not thrown in "At Best", because as 28 was only off by 5 Million that not bad, nothing to make fun of, you were close....but by throwing in "At Best" you opened yourself up to getting made fun of, because "At Best' means under no circumstance could you see the film making more than 28 M(which is crazy and completely dumb)

Somehow you made a perfectly reasonable prediction that you ended up pretty close on A GIANT FAIL...

all you had to do was leave out "At Best"...but your hatred for Disney got the best of you...You wanted to Drive home the point the film wasnt doing good and just had to add "At Best"

lol

Obviously, I was wrong on the 28 million "at best". I was still right on Disney thinking they were lowballing with 35 million and it still being an overshot.

Disney, like every studio, usually lowball their projections and that's what they did with BP. Again, I didn't fully comprehend the cultural phenomena that was taking place until after the fact.

reply

No, you are always wrong. Disney was only off by 5%.

Disney didnt Lowball Black Panther

All tracking, All Data put Black Panther between 150 to 170 Million on OW.

A 155 Million dollar projection was dead on, right in range

hilariously, You dont understand tracking and have now FAILED TWICE

first because you didnt understand the tracking you Thought Disney was "ON DRUGS" forecasting 155 Million...there was nothing odd at all about Disneys projection, You only thought it was HIGH because you didnt understand the DOZENS of websites all reporting the exact the samething, the exact same tracking, everyone could see tracking was between 150 to 170M....everyone except you...

and Now you've failed a second time claiming Disney was TOO LOW...but once again you only think this because you dont understand Box office or tracking, you think because BP ultimately has a 200M+ opening weekend, that Means Disney lowballed their Projection...but that couldnt be less true....Based on the data Disney had....155 Million was DEAD ON...

BP was Tracking between 150 to 170 M when it opened....Therefor A Projection of 155 M it neither HIGH or LOW...its normal, Its Dead On...Yet hilariously you failed twice now, due to your weird hatred for Disney you just cant help but try and troll and claim they did something wrong, But unfortunately it was YOU...you failed Twice because you dont understand tracking

your lack of understanding box office and tracking lead to wrongly believing Disney was TOO HIGH and NOW TOO LOW

hers the part you dont understand, and heres what makes Disneys 155 Projection DEAD ON..Black Panther is the most Rewatched CBM of all time in theaters, Meaning, it has the most repeat viewing, theres an article where they released the data and On Opening weekend BP had a 15 % Repeat viewing, that is something that can not be calculated in Tracking, thats why Black Panther went into the weekend Tracking at 150 to 170 M and made 200 M+

because No one could track or account for the insane repeat viewing the film was going to have...

thats why EVERY single weekend, every day, at every turn, Black Panther keeps coming in ABOVE projections...

Because they can not account for repeat viewing...

that 15% that saw BP again and again on opening week is why BP exceeded tracking so much....Its also why Disneys 155 M dollar projection was DEAD ON...Disney had no way of knowing or accounting for repeat viewing especially to this degree...The 155 M projection was DEAD On based on all the tracking that was reported...

once again you Fail !

reply

Well...at least I find myself in agreement with you when you predict IW will never have these types of holds and may open big but fall rapidly after opening weekend.

We finally agree, Bill!

reply

lol no we dont agree....

I know your reverse trolling here...

But I specifically said AIW would open big then have AVERAGE holds...

you are embarrassingly just making up stuff in an attempt to troll...

I expect IW to have Average Holds for The entirety on its Run...NOT like BP which has had GREAT HOLDS...

If I expected IW to have Awful Holds or Rapidly Fall off, I would have specifcally said that...I would have made a comparison to BvS....A Movie that is the Ultimate Example of Opening Big then rapidly falling off.

Also tough luck for WB and Wonder Woman huh?

With Tomb Raider coming out this weekend to a reported 27 M dollars with A 94 Million dollar budget....man this sure is going to devour much of the Profit WB Made from Wonder Woman...

Damn when you also thought in Justice League, That even more of Wonder Woman's profit devoured....

poor WB, Made All that Profit from Wonder Woman but then followed it up with 2 Bombs With Huge Budgets that surely devoured much of the profit of Wonder Woman(think carefully before responding I am setting you up for a KILLSHOT, I'm so confident your not smarter enough to see it, I'm even Warning you)

Sucks huh? when trolling comes back to bite you...

" It looks to be a big money-loser for Disney...hence a good portion of BP's profits will devoured."

I bet you thought your Failed deleted thread where you said this^^^ was clever

unfortunately once again you never thought it through...the criteria you had to desperately come up with to Troll on Disney and BP not only DAMNED them ....BUT DOOMED WB and Wonder Woman even Worse...

and of course this is a HUGE FAIL considering, YOU RELENTLESS defend this Studio and Movie..

the fact that somehow you keep coming up with weird trolling tactic that DAMN/DOOM movies you love and defend more than your targets in Disney and MCU films is just Stunningly bad Trolling...

reply

Obviously, I was wrong on the 28 million "at best"

Big of you to admit...

Lets see if you can admit now, that even by your OWN Scale Justice League Flopped?

ready to go there yet?

they say admitting, is the first step...

you've claimed to have "Moved on"...But you cant move on until you admit JL Flopped...

I know its hard, You spent so much time defending the movie, but this is your fault, You set the criteria which proves JL is Flop...the ONLY true way to move on..is to admit what you clearly dont want to except...

can you do it...?

can you admit that even by your OWN Scale set for SOLO...Justice League had to make 800 M to Break even, since it came up short by 150 M....the only possible conclusion is....that YOU PROVED just is a FLOP...

can u admit that too?

reply

Interesting turn of events.

How did Disney finally make it to $100m? It somehow made $1.7m in its 15th week despite barely passing $100,000 the week before. Seems they were really desperate to make a century so they could claim it isn't a flop.
