Saw it; thought it was mindless fun.

Yeah, Vin was kind of asleep at the helm, and the finale was underwhelming, but it was still pretty good. I really loved Rose Leslie, and some of the creature effects, even with odd cgi, were pretty neat looking. I feel like the Witch Queen, though she did look cool, her design seemed a little unfinished.

To me the movie basically felt like a mix of Keanu Reeves' Constantine movie mixed with the Nicolas Cage Sorceror's Apprentice with some Highlander for good measure. In terms of Urban Fantasy movies, we've had worse.

I was expecting it to be pretty bad, along the lines of The Covenant. But it was pretty interesting and had some good ideas. Nothing amazing but definitely enjoyable. Chloe was a good character.

Got the "mindless" part, never caught on with "fun" bit. This was a horrid film.

It was much worse than Constantine though. Constantine had a good script and story and very cool visual scenes.

Still liked it though. Wish they didn't have gone with the three plot twist dead not dead ok now really dead but might come back ending.
