Ideas for the 3rd movie

I happened to notice Shaggy reading a Batman comic in the latest installment and thought, they should pay homage to the Scooby Doo Movies series. They could team the gang up with Robin and have them face the Penguin. They could call it Scooby Doo Birds of a Feather. I'd say go for Batman and the Joker, but I doubt they could secure the rights to use either of them. Plus, they'd have to keep it as kid friendly as possible. What ideas do the rest of you have?

I'd like some classic villains. I'm tired of the real monster crap that's been in every live action movie to date. Perhaps they should base the plot around the game classic creep capers where it takes three classic villains and gives them an overlapping story tied together with a fourth villain who serves as their boss.
