story seemed disjointed and confusing

I enjoyed learning about the patients but wish there had been a narrative with information about the hospital. Informing viewers about public versus private hospitals would have been a great addition as well. That being said it was heartbreaking to hear how some of those patients were literally thrown on the streets because of lack of insurance. We definitely need to change our broken system.
