I totally love this movie but did not love Jupiter Jones

I totally love this movie and every so often will watch it. It's fun. I can't understand the hate it gets.

However Jupiter Jones. She's one of the most useless characters in a movie.

What is the point of her having a title if she never uses it? So she likes cleaning toilets well woop woop..... She owns the bloody Earth.

I'd be doing something with that title if I was her. But no she wants to go back to flying around sexing her space boyfriend and cleaning toilets.

I agree Jupiter was horrible, but that kind of makes me wonder why you like the movie. I thought the movie was terrible, and she was the main reason for it.

Well despite Jupiter it was fun. Lots of action and escapism....

I just liked the movie for that and the visual style of it as well.

Yeah I can't believe she had her family's memories wiped and went back to Earth to clean toilets. Twisted ending. I would have hoped she and her family would take their rightfully place as monarchs. They could, and probably should stay on Earth, but why not bring that technology to Earth to clean up the environment with advanced energy sources, bring the advanced medical tec to enrich the lives of billions, and otherwise help solve the problems of the world, end wars and bring global peace?If she has a weird toilet fetish, hey, whatever she and her lycan boyfriend do in the privacy of their own is their own business. But think about the rest of the world first. And also maybe use her royal position to oppose the human harvest garbage, not just on our planet, but around the universe. The ending was just empty and disappointing.
