It was ambitious, not all bad but it needed a rewrite.

There were parts that just dragged. Whole scenes that just didn't feel connected to the rest. You shouldn't be able to tell when something is shot out of sequence but you could tell here.

It was obvious they ran out of money for visual effects during that one scene in space that looked like they were shooting and flying through a screen saver. What the Hell was that Sh!t?

It seemed like an underdeveloped idea. I think the Wachowski's are extremely creative and talented but they need some guidance and help with storytelling.

What's that scene you are talking about? The effects were high quality throughout.

People will always criticize CGI effects even when they're good. This movie's effects were not its problem. The visuals and world building were stunning. The problem was the lack of cohesiveness in the story.

There was plenty of good CGI but the scene in was talking about is when Tatum and Sean Bean are flying through space and shooting at stuff. They fly through some kind of .....I don't know.
