what is that red drink that is always around, in the tall water bottles?

It's part of her weight loss line.... but other than that i'm not really sure.

The other poster is right. It's a powder from her weight loss line. It looks like the Crystal Lite Flavor packets you put in your water. If it's anything like Crystal Lite, that stuff is good!

That's what I figured. I am glad the show doesn't promote her products like the chhesyway they do it on the Biggest Loser like when they want gum they say I am going to get a piece of Extra gum ...blah blah blah!
