Why did Dennis have information put on two magnetic strip cards.........

.....and not a flash drive or SD card? It's not like he was being sneaky about getting the information from the DEA. He had a technician put the information on what looks like credit cards around several other people. Surely an experienced DEA agent could smuggle a flash drive out of an office building if need be. It couldn't be due to the amount of data since a flash drive or SD card would hold way more than a magnetic strip. A debit/credit card might be able to hold a lot of information if it had a chip, but not on the magnetic strip.
