The other victims in House + Home

In House & Home is it explained what the couple did with their other victims. Were they let go or killed? I remember the woman reminding the man that the last one was an accident (or similar).

If it isn't explained I got the feeling that the woman gets her kicks more from torturing the women. The relationship between them was like what I had read about Rose and Fred West - Fred was more into the sex (and was often rather quick to the finish) whereas Rose's thing was all about long drawn out sexual torture usually requiring Fred to put the victims out of their misery and then dispose of the bodies.
