Van AND RV???

Hey, I just happened upon this movie online and I am enjoying it but I don't understand something: how is Kelley managing to drive both the van AND the RV? That is driving me crazy!

Giving there was only Kelly and the mother, when they reached a leg they could all return to the previous leg in the van and the mother could drive the RV.
OR
Kelly could go back and tow the van with the RV
BUT
Zach has an older brother who wasn't mentioned in the film and helped support some of the legs so that's a mystery and 3 possibilities at least.

Another mystery is why they gave Anna Gunn the role when the real mother is 3 x the size considering they did a good job making Chandler Canterbury look like Zach. Maybe Anna Gunn comes cheap

I just watched this tonight and was wondering the same thing.
In doing research about it, it said that there was a support staff.
The RV was parked at a local state park, and the support staff would pick them up where they ended the day and take them to the RV.
Then they would take them back in the morning to the same location to start again.

And Cracker Barrel fed them and the support staff every day.

Maybe the Mom drove the RV and the daughter the minivan to the next rest stop in the morning. Then the daughter drove Zach and Mom back to the starting point and then just drove to predetermined spots throughout the day until they reached the RV at the rest stop. Next day same thing and so on.
