Sequel?

Perhaps there will be a sequel to this one day, with an alternate time line. Ryota and Akari can be together, with Ryota somehow not going on the bus ride after all, and ends up transporting to 2010. Ryota has to learn about modern society and where he fits in, but his love for Akari remains stronger than ever.

I bring this up because Riisa Naka (Akari) and Akiyoshi Nakao (Ryota) got married in real life !! So why deny us viewers this great chemistry together.
