shareAlso, the actor does not speak perfect Norwegian. He must have perfected it for the role and to sound convincing as Thor. Thor Heyerdahl is Norwegian. I think Christopher speaks good Norwegian. Yes, i have heard people speak poorer Norwegian than him, but for this kind of role, it must have been perfect.

shareHe is actually Canadian. According to his trivia here, he is also half Norwegian and half Scottish.
shareWhen I spoke to Christopher what norwegian he did speak was actually rather good, but he can't speak just any norwegian. I think it's that he'd be too old to play him that wouldn't have worked.
