One of the posters on this board was an extra at the movie version of the concert and said it went from 10AM to 10PM with breaks. You might contact him but that is the movie version not the one the real Gabriel went to. You might check the credits at the end of the movie too.
The fictional Gabriel says to his father that he had never heard one of the songs before and his father tells him it is new.

Sorry this took two and a half years to answer, but, having not been familiar with Jerry Garcia's music before, or since, I don't know of any of the numbers performed that day.
