How does one pronounce 'Dupieux'

I assume it's of French origin. Could someone spell it phonetically for me please. I have no reason why I want to know, I just want to know.

Well, the "u" is a sound we don't have in English (try saying "eeee" with your lips rounded like for the letter "O"), so it's impossible to even write out phonetically, but if we set that aside, it's "Du-pyoo," with the "oo" in "pyoo" pronounced sort of like the "oo" in "book," the "o" in "woman," etc.

Actually, wait, here's a recording: http://www.forvo.com/word/quentin_dupieux/

Doop-yeu

(yeu rhymes with the French word "bleu".)

Even more interesting is how his first name is pronounced: ken-TAW (heard a few times in interviews with the cast)
