did anyone else notice...

early in the show, shatner's character said he was turning 72. then later at the dmv, he stated he'd been driving 60 years. that would have made him 12 when he started driving???

reply

Old people tend to exagerate when they tell stories. 60 was a nice, round number and sounded better than 56 years.

reply

still...made for an obvious inconsistency.

reply

didn't notice that nice catch but like the title of the show he was just talking $#*!

reply

if he grew up rurally, a twelve-year-old driving in1950 isn't out of the question.

Wow, that dinner smells good. Let me guess... meat?

reply

Maybe he stole his uncle's car and drove it off the edge of a quary while being chased by a motorcycle cop...Wait, that was a Shat character (though not Shat).

I didn't say Spoiler. The episode already aired! Why are you here if you haven't seen it?
