Wow, am I the only ONE here?

Saw this film today at Seattle's SIFF. Not sorry I went to it, but (just like "Happy happy") the movie didn't well ... move me. Seemed to me to be emotionless and the plot too passive. Is it me, or was this intentional on the part of the film-makers who might have wanted to make a "mood piece" that was quietly reflective?
