Unlikeable female lead

I just watched this movie on cable. Started watching it about 1/3 to 1/2 way in. It was the scene just before they go their seperate ways.

I get that this is supposed to be a romantic comedy and that the 2 leads dont like each other from the start but it so female biased. Let me elaborate:

Ok so first they sleep together (did not see this but saw the aftermath) which of course somehow is the guy's fault even though they are 2 consenting adults. Typical of a 'strong woman' who suddenly decides that she does not want to take responsibility even though she is 'man' enough to run a business. Then she gets mad at him for never mind that she was the one who made up that rule, not him.

But then on top of that, in literally every situation the man has to go and kiss her ass and make up to her (even after they part ways). It was so pathetic. I hate this actress anyway but this character she plays was just ridiculous. No surprise she gets typecast as the bitch. It just emanates from her.

The final straw was when she slaps him in a bitchy hissy fit and then has the nerve to tell the guy he is immature. I mean she was acting like a psychotic 8 year old.
Equal rights dictate he should have slapped her back but at least he should have dumped her.

I thought that by the end of the movie there would be some kind of revelation and she would change but NOPE the guy just went snivelling to her in every scene. Made me dislike him a bit too by the end to be honest.

The guy was handsome and likeable too so it wasn't as if he could not have done better.

I have literally never seen such an unlikeable lead role (non villain that is) by a female in an Indian movie ever.

Anyone agree?
