Tunnels Under Ferns
I was actually hoping they would go into the tunnel under the Huether Hotel in this week's episode. Even though, realistically, it's boarded over, it would be neat to see the real thing.
Does anyone know where "Fort Wessex" is?
When I was there a few months ago, there is a special room in the very back of the bar.
As one comes in from the King Street entrance, one goes downstairs to the bar area. One can walk all the way to the back to that special room.
Is that the area?
We had our annual seminar in that room. Problem was...it was very dark, and the lights at the front of the room were very hard on the eyes.
Fort Wessex....couldn't tell ya. Although in the credits, they have added thanks to the City of Hamilton, as well as Kitchener and Waterloo.

The tunnel is behind the glass case in the lower seating area of the lions restaurant downstairs. If you look at the case, there's hinges on it.
