So I'm not the only one who thought the policewoman shot them both

I really didn't understand why the policewoman unnecessarily shot Lori Loughlin and the killer boy. Thank you to the person who pointed out that the killer boy shot Lori, and then the policewoman shot the boy. I went back and watched it again, and you were right. They should have used a closeup of the boy with the gun.

I thought the movie was good for a Lifetime movie. it would have been great if there weren't so many boring scenes with the policewoman.

LOL..I didn't quite get it either. Happened too fast. This movie needs to disappear!

They should've had it more like Joyride with real people instead of imaginary!

The police woman didn't shoot Rebecca, it was Rebecca's daughter killer who shot her

I also thought that till I saw your post. I could have sworn she shot both lol. I also was confused on why she shot Rebecca. Makes sense now.

I think EVERYONE who watches this movie thinks the policewoman shot both of them. Lifetime really needs to go back and re-edit this scene to make it clearer.

And apparently I'm the only one who clearly saw Calvin pointing the gun at Rebecca right after she was shot, after which Tobin then reacted and shot him. I'm surprised others found it that confusing.

It was absolutely clear that Calvin shot Rebecca. But the lady cop did absolutely everything wrong. Rebecca was not in immediate danger, so she had no need or reason to be freed of her restraints at that time. The cop should have secured Calvin first and then sorted it all out whilst nobody was in danger.
