I guess people weren't such big fans of the first one? The trailer was good. I haven't seen a funny movie in about a decade.

It opened against Deadpool and got lost in bad reviews and online negative blogs. It's a good sequel. People forget that the first Zoolander wasn't loved when it was in theaters it took time to become a cult hit. I feel the same could happen with Zoolander 2.

No, Zoolander was pretty well received with critics when it first came out. Go ahead and check reviews.

Saying Zoolander 2 is terrible is almost too kind. Anchorman 2 was disappointing, but it was Caddyshack or Airplane compared to this garbage.

Zoolander 2 seemed to be parodying the original, and in doing so was just too outlandish (the Orgy as Hansel's wife?).
Audiences stop caring when a movie loses its grounding and becomes just absurd.

No, I don't predict this one getting even close to the same cult following as the original. This one is miles beyond terrible, and people quickly realized that.

The original was dumb and clearly over the top. But it's satirical bite was what made it funny. It was also a right place/right time sort of thing.

This sequel feels like a desperate retread down a horrible acid trip, laced with recycled gags and unfunny jokes.
