Couldn't watch the entire movie: Bestiality, disgusting, sickening!

OMG! Really? I'm utterly sickened that Ben Stiller would be supporting, AND acting, in a film that supported animal abuse through sexual bestiality, in my opinion! And it was not just one scene, but multiple scenes that suggested this disgusting, horrifying evil act of abuse on animals.

This taints my perception of Ben Stiller and every single actor who agreed to be in this movie. Who are they really? What organization are they a part of that would have them agree to make a cameo in such a repulsive movie? Kiefer Sutherland having sex, and a baby, with Owen Wilson's character, among other actors? WTF?!?

I had my doubts about this movie going into it. And all doubts were realized as I began watching, even from the beginning.

So, if you're into mindless, unconscionable living, not caring who you hurt, then go ahead and watch this soulless film.

But if you have even one shred of decency in you, then you won't like this movie.

Embarrassed and nauseated to even admit I watched even part of this movie. But now knowing I'll save a h3ll of a lot of money not watching any future movies with anyone who was in this possible "high order" sanctioned movie.

😨 😱 😡 😠 😒 😞

reply

Oh, shut up you over sensitive loser.

reply

If being sensitive to NOT wanting animals, or anyone, hurt, then call me "loser" any day! Word. 😉

So what you are saying is that YOU SUPPORT, or ignore, this bestiality? Either way, that's Disgusting.

reply

Were any people or animals hurt during the filming of this movie? NO. So quit your whining, wake up and live in the real world. Oh, and get a life.

reply

So, by your logic, a movie that supports and condones child abuse or rape or murder, even though no actors were actually hurt during making of the movie, is okay? Nice logic fail, moron. Go back to your basement, I think your catamite is hungry.

"If you're waiting for a woman to make up her mind, you may have a long wait." Preacher

reply

It's a comedy, they weren't supporting or condoning any of the things done in the movie, they were making fun of it

Way to completely and utterly miss the point

By your logic no one is allowed to make films that contain stories about world war 2 because they would be encouraging world war 3 and that would be bad

Stories (and by extension movies) can be about things or contain elements that are not being encouraged but simply included as story elements to further a point (in this case: comedy)

This isn't a documentary, it does not contain real footage. Neither is it an educational film with any intention of encouraging this behavior.

Some day when you realize the difference between reality and fiction perhaps you will learn to enjoy life and comedy

Until then, have fun with that stick up your ass

reply

Do you hate all movies or tv shows that have animals or people dying in them? That leaves you with very few options. Even fewer if you want GOOD movies that don't have people dying in them. Have fun.

Wait, what about dinosaurs? Did you like Jurassic Park? Do you hate Jurassic Park simply because of the goat scene? Do you hate Jurassic Park because the guy from Seinfeld is killed by little poisonous dinosaurs? (They do kill off the lawyer, too, but that is for purely comic reasons, like ha ha aren't lawyers annoying.)

Did you know that, at the end of the excellent Kenneth Branagh movie "How To Kill Your Neighbor's Dog" **** , they show a dead dog, but the dog is actually a stunt dog who is actually alive the whole time, which they prove right before the credits run, by showing the animal trainer giving the stunt dog a treat! So is THAT ok?

Just idle curiosities.

I did get a little annoyed at my father for insisting that the dog in The Royal Tenenbaums did NOT need to be run over by Owen Wilson for plot purposes... but he's old, you know? One has to make allowances. Are you old?

****I use this example because it is playing on Starz right now, and I am dreadfully bored (in case you haven't figured that out already).

reply

Jesus Christ, do you think they were actually *beep* animals? Are you that *beep* stupid? Go kill yourself.

Life is what happens to you while your busy making other plans....

reply

lol, I'm not Jesus, but since you brought it up, I'm confident he definitely would not approve of this movie.

I don't believe you comprehended what I was saying in my post. Very well then, I will spell it out for you. The heinous acts against the animals were "inferred" and "alluded" to in the film.

And no, I don't need to harm myself as you are suggesting because people like you need people like me to wake you up from your zombie trance from ignoring what's really going on in the world around you.

Sure you can enjoy entertainment, but not at the expense or harm to others. Harm doesn't have to come in a real act. But if it is SUGGESTED to people, as it is in this movie, then people start to get used to those bad acts. They tolerate it, then they start to accept it. And then one day, they might become it.

Advertisers know that if you repeat a lie enough, then people will believe it. And you repeatedly watching certain movies and TV shows is in essence conditioning you to believe what they want you to believe. And then you just blindly follow what you've been repeatedly told. "Eat our brand of food. It's the best for you!" "Drive this car. It will make everyone accept you." "Live in this house. You will be admired by all." "Wear these clothes. You'll be popular." "You're cool if you don't rock the boat and complain about someone making fun of abusing someone else." Isn't that what you're doing now without even knowing it by you defending a very bad act?

What they're suggesting in this movie is NOT even a bad joke. There is NOTHING funny about it. WHO in their right mind jokes about those things? No one sane does.

Do you ever follow the news? Because they're reporting more and more how thousands of people around the world are using social media to share their disgust towards people who abuse animals. And even the FBI is TRACKING people who abuse animals. They've made it a Class A Felony. And the government is punishing the abusers more harshly, too.

So no, I won't be silent when I see public figures, or anyone, making fun of abusing animals. And you should NOT accept it as ok, either. That's what zombies do. Walk through life, chomping on whatever they stumble onto to merely subsist, but never opening their eyes or using their brains to actually live. I hope that one day, my friend, you choose to LIVE.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."

"Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity."

"The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people."

"We will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."

"He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."

reply

the whole point is that those acts were also portrayed as horrible, and anti-social, and not normal.
clearly you are not as smart as derek, or hansel

I'd like to believe that was not possible... but such ideals are what make me the lovely young(ish) curmudgeon I am.

Jesus also wouldn't approve of you being rich and owning a fancy computer while people are starving in the world. Remember that whole camel, eye of the needle thing? You're rich and you waste your time spreading hatred towards frivolous movies while people are suffering. Jesus explicitly states in the Bible you are going to hell, so have fun with that. Hope it was worth it to burn for all eternity just so you could express your displeasure with ZOOLANDER 2!

wow. Why do you care, that reads so contemptuous of the people... It looks maybe Your time would be better spent with the (other) animals.

"Sure you can enjoy entertainment, but not at the expense or harm to others. Harm doesn't have to come in a real act. Yeah. Sure. Evil advertisement.
Wasn't that one of the theme in Z1 , BTW ?

"

I beg to differ. Followers are offered treats to follow. Advertisement uses and cashes on their natural disposition. To create followers as they are would cost the business an arm and a leg.

Well, congrats. I feel twice as bad that I was so sick I could not go to the theater.
BTW, bestiality and its uses are strictly Canon as it comes to indoctrination, say, since about the end of the X the or maybe the XIIth century.

Not to laugh at "evil", that would be preoccupying.

When the path to democracy would actually be through tyranny opposed to oligarchy, well how could that democracy be of any good ?

Get a grip on yourself. You going off on that rant seems to me, would be quite embarrassing if I were you.
Putting everyone that liked the movie into your phsyco catagory, it's the stupidest thing someone can do.
It's fiction dude. Or didn't you know this?
Oh, I see, if you liked this movie, then it HAS to be because of the beastiality scenes.
Makes total sense now. *beep* stupid idiot.

reply

I think you're missing rhe point of shallow and pathetic these people's lives are. Its not trying to promote the behavior, it's using absurdity to satire these kinds of people and their lifestyles.

Sadly, this is the best reply. I know there's no way to logic this one out...but I couldn't help trying, along with all the other good people here! Thanks, BatPerson, for posting a clear, succinct answer! :)

Wow, somebody needs to get layed and lighten up. You really think this movie is trying to convert people to have sex with hippos? You need to see a psychiatrist lady. Nobody is watching Zoolander 2 and thinking, "Oh yeah, great idea, I'm gonna go bone a hippo now!"

reply

I don't care about the movie, I was just having fun reading comments. Until I bumped into yours. Then the fun was over.
Not only your remarks wouldn't be funny if they weren't meant seriously, but they're not even intelligent enough to be taken seriously.
In fact, you sound like a complete maniac.
You realise that, don't you?
If you don't, I suppose not all your dogs are barking, and I suggest you 'travel' to the nearest neurologist.
Have a good day, travelergirl, good luck with solving all your issues.
