"A sleepy Los Angeles exurb and its shiftless young residents are seen through the eyes of two Japanese tourists in this intimate evocation of a small town in Southern California where everyone’s talking but no one really understands."

In my opinion it was good, but not what I expected. It was slow in some parts, but that was to portray the small (almost creepy) town. I definitely felt as if I were travelling to a foreign land as well. The town feels like a place stuck in a different time.
