His nonsense demoted this film from a barely passing Netflix *3, or IMBd 5* to 2* and 3*.
Just getting that finicky character to date someone was a major undertaking. He isn't that special. Besides, one should take advantage of opportunities when young, and not resist temptation. You're only young for a limited time. When it's over, there's no getting it back.
Ben expects too much too soon, and he's manipulative.
