...still not a great movie,but feels a little more 'Die Hard' than part4 And it does have the best car chase in the series.
...and they mostly come at night.Mostly.
A 12 minute car/truck/semi-trailer/ you name your vehicle chase, in a 97 minute film. And, unlike famous car chase scenes in films like Bullitt and The French Connection, it just seems totally cartoonish. A complete waste of time!🐭
shareI totally agree. I don't think the movie is that bad, definitely the worst DH, but it's better than a lot of modern action flicks honestly. Car chase sequence was excellent, I love that there was no CGI at all! I also respect that it was shot on film.
LFODH follows the DH formula IMO. If he wasn't assigned to pick up the kid, he would not be involved with this terrorist plot. Wrong guy, wrong place, wrong time.
I honestly think him and justin Long have better chemistry than Jai Courtney too. I always liked the generation gap and that they had different skill sets. Nothing with ever beat Bruce and Same Jackson though!
I say bring him back for DH6
