Mark Hamill

was awesome in this. Watching him play his live action version of the Joker was simply icing on the cake for this surprisingly entertaining film. He had me in stitches throughout. 9/10 for me.

I agree with both parts of your statement. Best work Hamill has done since his brilliant rendition of Cocknocker.

Totally agree that this role here with the way he nailed it shows he can be more than just stupid Skywalker.

I agree that Hamill's was a fine performance. The character was fun to watch. That said, let's not go overboard with the praise. "Eccentric criminal lunatic" is about one of the easiest roles to do. There are really no rules to acting crazy.

Yeah, he was pretty much the only good thing about this film. And Tony Todd. Two terribly underrated actors who have been typecasted. Hamill really could have been something if it wasn't for that stupid Star Wars franchise. He's great at being a psychotic villain, but nobody would cast him as that until this film. In fact, it was his voice work as the Joker that got him this part.

It's funny you say that. I actually knew from the credits that he was supposed to be in the movie and the whole time I was waiting for him to appear. It wasn't until a point in time where Mark did a weird gravelly, Joker-sounding voice that I realized he was the long haired guy with the glasses.
