RELEASE DATE????????????????? ??????????

Hi. When the F- is this being released??

reply

they released it on demand so you can get it from a cable provider but if you don't have that iTunes is renting it for $7. You can't actually buy the film yet but simply rent it.

You can also rent it for $7 on Amazon Instant Video, that's what I did.

reply

Seven dollars is an outrageous amount to be asking to rent a video online, if it were $7 to buy it that would be different, but to just rent it online and have to stream it is just *beep*

Well, that's what I paid on Itunes & 4 of us watched it so compared to $10 a pop at the theater, I'd say we saved quite a bit.

I've been going to SDCC every year for the last 10 years, so I'm not exactly sure it was a totally accurate portrayal of the con. I would've liked to have seen more regular people like me interviewed (although not me, but still)... not just the people who go with the intent of trying to break into the pop culture business in some form or another. Most of us go to experience the craziness & excitement of the massive exhibit hall, to see a few famous faces, score a couple autographs and some swag. The guy rushing to get the exclusive action figure was more the typical SDCC attendee in my opinion, so though I enjoyed the film, I think it was lacking in some ways.

And btw, I'm not too happy with how stupid Twilighters have taken over & made it hard for us all to get badges!

Yep, all over the Interwebs in different VOD formats.

^ Nice-ish review here calls it the movie equivalent of a rock tour T-shirt, for Comic-Con fans. Says it also misses a chance to dig a bit deeper, though. Overall a pretty fair evaluation from my POV... i think comic book and genre fans who've either been to the Con (or followed anxiously from afar) will certainly dig it!
