She is near the end of the film...she is an exhibitor from her badge and had purple makeup running down her face. She was excited to see the masquerade ball...whomever she is...she is freaking gorgeous and absolutely adorable.

She was also earlier in the film in a red Witch Blade costume (which explains the purple make up) explaining that cosplay was a fusion of all of her hobbies: Anime, art, fashion, and video games.
