I hate to say this, I love when television shows perform diversity, but almost
every single episode is revolves around the caucasian characters and how the black characters tag along for the ride. The caucasian characters get to hang out with hot girlfriends and etc while fitz gets a grandma? Are you serious?! It's really obvious that they are putting no effort in the black characters. And it's pretty sad.
Well, he did get paired with BOTH a young woman (his friend's date's daughter) AND the young woman's grandma.

Apparently you missed that entire episode revolving around him and his mother. He and Aaron probably have the most character development of all the characters. They have actually put way more effort int giving Fitz a background than they have Sarah or Ben whose sole MO is shallow sex addicts.

I just watched an ep. where his gf goes out of town and a pic of him w/ another girl is on facebook. He spends the ep trying to get the pic taken down.
Also, I remember the storyline about his lesbian mom, and one where he and the nerdy guy get robbed on the subway.
