Ugh, I cannot STAND that character. She's entirely too stupid, I don't understand how D Schneider thought she's funny. And then he has the nerve to put her in a SPINOFF? REALLY? Ugh
The thing is that in the first and second season she was not that way, only very very bipolar. Thanks to the flanderization she became that way in the following seasons.
However, she may not be the smartest girl of the lot, she still tricked Sam (by all people) with a very very cunning plan (using the twins) and is actually very observant and good at putting clues together. Example: She knew that Tori had Moose over at her house by noticing a few clues;
Tori: How did you know Moose was still here? Cat: It was obvious. When you're home alone, you usually wear your glasses, which you are not, and this (picks up beef jerky packet) is beef jerky, a boy snack. Tori: Aw, dang it! Cat: And I also noticed the extra large dent in that couch's cushion that's the same size and shape as Moose's tush!
And then he has the nerve to put her in a SPINOFF? REALLY? Ugh
Well...I am not sure how to put this, but compared to Tori she DOES was a bit more colorful and interesting. Not saying that Tori was not interesting and all, but was just a bit....boring. I really hope that you know what I mean.
the most annoying character in television history
Not even close. There are a lot more that are even more annoying than her. The utterly perfect Zoey for instance.
