I know she is supposed to tbe the oblivious nice one....or whatever. But seriously, other than being pretty I feel like she took up time in the show better given to other characters. She got dumber every season, was weird as hell, and her voice was like a bad B. Spears imitation. (Yes, I know Ariana G imitates voices a lot)

My comment went right over your head. Of course her outfits on the shows she's been on have been picked for her, they pay the wardrobe people big bucks for that. Im saying look at pics of her live shows, she has more up skirts out there than than anyone I've seen. Yeah she doesn't flash her vag but her skirts are way more skimpier than what she wears on Nick.
Im not judging her at all Im just saying its not like when she finishes shooting she starts dressing like a nun. The truth is she is young, attractive, and in show buisness. She is such a strange character to have such a big part on a television show. She seems like a side-character who you end up seeing a surprising amount of.
In Season 1 I was annoyed at every irrational thing she did, but by the end I thought she could be funny and was good in small doses.
I think that she was the most effective when she would run on camera, made a stupid comment, giggle, and run off camera. It's a little awkward having her carry an entire show (Sam and Cat).

It's never good when they re-imagine a character during the early run of a show. Cat went from being just like the rest of them to talking in a baby whisper voice and being too stupid to live. I don't think Ariana pulled off either one very well. But they made the Jade character so unlikeable they needed her.

Agreed. Cat wasn't too bad as the girl who was kind of oblivious to the world, but when they started writing her as an idiot, not so enjoyable. On the other hand, they wrote Jade as such as heinous bitch that she was pretty much despicable, which sucked, as she could have a lot more interesting if written with a lighter hand. Oh well.
