Could/does Bull survive?
Don't know how you jump from victim to psycho. My vote is Neither of the above. What she is is someone who played with fire, and got burned. Also dumb, not to have swung that hook into his chest - or head.
Of course he survives. And hunts her down. Sequel?
No matter how you cut it, she's a murderer. And an instigator to boot. When she sent him adrift like that at the end, that was nothing more than cold-blooded murder, and she was smiling as she did it.
