Morph and mystikes power
it’s safe to assume that morph is stronger since he can copy mutant ability like he turned into Quicksilver. never seen Mystikes actually use mutant powers just replicate someone looks.

As for Morph, although it hasn't been addressed I'm willing to speculate that Sinister's experiments on Morph during the original series enhanced his abilities.
I hope, if nothing else, they explain the vastly different look at some point.
