Disappointing.

I don't know what it was about this year, but almost all the matches were subpar. Did they get a new ring or something? It seemed like the ring was too loud when they ran or fell onto it. The crowd also didn't seem to be all that into it. I went to WM25 and that was freaking awesome. I watched WM20 right before this and that was a very good PPV. I don't know what it was about this one.

Unified Tag Title Match - It's hard to make anyone a credible match against Big Show. They either need to weaken him if they want to keep him in midcard, push him back up to championship status, or let him go. When you've got a guy who can take people out with one punch and he's not in the running for the championship, something's off.

Triple Threat Match: Rhodes-Orton-DiBiase - This one wasn't too bad. I'm not an Orton fan but these 3 delivered.

Money in the Bank - Can Christian please get the push he deserves??? Several botched moves in this match*, but still highly enjoyable.

HHH vs Sheamus - Decent enough match. Really built up Sheamus as a force. It's too bad HHH had to mention, in the build up, that if Sheamus beat him, his career would skyrocket, as I think that's the reason Sheamus didn't win.

Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk - Rey's matches are always fun and Punk doesn't disappoint.

No Holds Barred - What was the point of this match? This was like the Y2J vs the Old Guys last year. It was a beating, and a boring one at that.

Jericho vs Edge - Biggest disappointment for me. I look forward to Jericho's matches, heel or face, he's my favorite wrestler. I don't know if Edge was still injured and they were trying to take it easy, or what, but the "punches" and "kicks" were very noticeably not connecting at all. I was surprised that Jericho won (but happy about it) and I thought the ending with the spear from the announcers' tables was good. However, alot of the usual shoulder block, clothesline, midmatch moves seemed akward, like neither one of them was really into the match.

Batista vs Cena - Not a bad match, but once again, the crowd didn't seem to be into the match at all. The ones that could be heard chanting were saying "Cena Sucks" and it seemed like more cheers went up when Batista was going for pins. I don't know how much of a draw Cena is, but it seemed like this match had no heat.

Undertaker vs HBK - I don't believe this match lived up to the hype. I think it did a better job of making HBK a believable threat (why they had to do it by having UT have a leg injury, I don't know), but I don't think anyone actually thought HBK would win. I think part of the reason their match at WM25 was so freaking awesome was because no one was expecting anything other than a decent match. This one had too much hype, there was no way it could possibly live up to it.

I think part of the problem was the announcers. Lawler kept trying to sell everything as a legitimate injury. If he was right, then this must've been the PPV with the highest injury rate ever. Striker was little more than a bobblehead that Lawler turned to for agreement. Cole was Cole.

*I could not have done a quarter of what these gentlemen did in this match. My mentioning the botched moves was just stating a fact. I'm not trying to take anything away from these guys.

Fork was in the road, took the psychopath.

It should've been HBK/HHH instead of HBK/Taker again....
